Summary

Agreed ways of working are changing without a joint decision.

If nothing changes, the approved minutes will say open-book reviews happen only “where practicable”.

The Behaviour score is 71/100, down 4 since Board 9.

The scorecard’s Keeping commitments also counts actions, milestones and decisions.

Drifts with Marrick Group

Every drift with Marrick still on the record, worst first.

  1. Raise it
Vent spec revised and installed without joint assessment

What was agreed: A change to a shared technical specification that affects the other partner's works, cost or programme is shared before it is adopted, and jointly assessed through the interface register.

What happened: Marrick adopted vent spec rev C and installed it without a joint assessment. The tunnel now has two vent types. Neither the interface register nor the risks register mentions the change. Air-pressure and circulation calculations for sections 4 and 5 now need rework.

  2. Raise it
    Partner resourcing softened and breached

What was agreed: Each partner shall maintain the resourcing needed to deliver its agreed share of the works, and any change to the workshare split requires the written agreement of both partners.

What happened: Marrick's crews have run at 58% of the agreed level for four updates in a row. Nobody raised a deed variation. The draft minutes of board 10 now say resourcing will be 'balanced across the programme as practicable'.

  3. Raise it
Open-book review guarantee softened in the draft minutes

What was agreed: Each partner guarantees a monthly open-book review of its actual project costs to the other partner, across every cost category.

What happened: The draft minutes of board 10 record open-book reviews 'to be provided where practicable'. Two cost categories were missing from the last open-book pack.

  4. Raise it
Marrick's senior executive has stopped coming to the JV board

What was agreed: Each partner names a senior executive responsible for the relationship, who attends the monthly JV board.

What happened: Marrick's named senior executive came to boards 4 to 7. A delegate came from board 8. At board 10, neither came. Leadership attention dropped two boards before the delivery numbers moved.

  5. Drifting
Marrick has stopped updating the partner interface register

What was agreed: The partner interface register is jointly maintained and reviewed at each board.

What happened: Marrick hasn't added to the partner interface register in five weeks. A live tie-in risk sits in its own records, off the joint register.

  6. DriftingYour side
Kelvane's reply to Marrick's tie-in query is overdue

What was agreed: Each partner answers a written query from the other within five working days, or within that time says when it will.

What happened: Marrick's query IQ-047 on the tie-in set-out levels reached Kelvane on 16 June. The reply was due by 23 June. Kelvane hasn't answered or given a date. Marrick chased it on 1 July.

What Immota can read

Way inStateWhat it brings
From the meetingsNot yetImmota can't join meetings yet. It reads the minutes instead.
From the emailConnectedThe JV governance mailbox forwards to Immota. Letters to the Principal copy it in.
From the shared driveConnectedThe JV's project folder is shared with Immota. Progress, open-book and register reports are saved there too.

Immota can read 93% of what goes into the Behaviour score. Measures it can’t read are left out, not scored zero. A connected channel that finds nothing still counts as a reading.

Immota reads 9 of the 10 commitments with Marrick Group. 1 is a blind spot: no source reads it yet.
